We have some fresh updates from our pipeline ready to deliver to you. Check out below the changes, the release plan, and phasing out of the current version.

Changelog

REST API - (Oliver API)

• Compliance is the new KPI that we are adding to our output list. If you want to know your agents' compliance level to industry standards, such as Mini-Miranda, you can give it a try in our next release.

Streaming API - (Oliver Live API)

• A major revamp of our streaming API output is on its way. We have a new version that is very easy to access and parse. In addition, we now offer the decision confidence level for each output provided. You can find the details in our published output specification document at readme.io

Release Plan

• We are releasing the announced changes in our production endpoints: https://api.behavioralsignals.com and https://live.behavioralsignals.com
• The previous version will still be available in the following endpoints: https://api.behavioralsignals.com/legacy and https://live.behavioralsignals.com/legacy

April 10, 2020

• The phase-out period of the previous version ends and the endpoints are deactivated.
